Hi 👋 I’m Alia and I work in the Product team at MeltingSpot.
Like most people around me, I often feel lost when I have to use a new tool or a software I don’t use regularly.
I decided to do some digging and ask people around me to better understand which methods are most commonly used, and most effective, to help employees learn and adopt enterprise software.
I’ve also included a few questions about AI adoption and the use of AI features. This will be an interesting part of the study, especially given how much contradictory information we hear about how AI is actually used inside companies.
